Private Therapy

We offer private psychotherapy and counselling for individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological concerns. Therapy is tailored, thoughtful, and relational, supporting personal growth, improved wellbeing, and meaningful change in both personal and professional life.

ACC Sensitive Claims

We provide specialist psychological therapy for individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and are supported through the ACC Sensitive Claims Service. Our work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs, supporting recovery from the psychological impacts of trauma while fostering safety, empowerment, and long-term wellbeing.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)

We provide short-term, confidential counselling through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) to support individuals experiencing personal or work-related challenges. Sessions focus on concerns such as stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and workplace issues, offering a supportive space to gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and restore wellbeing at work and in daily life.

Victim Support

We offer counselling support for individuals affected by crime or traumatic events, including those referred through Victim Support. Therapy focuses on emotional processing, stabilisation, and recovery, helping clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and regain a sense of safety and control in their lives.

Gumboot Friday

We provide counselling services for young people and families funded through Gumboot Friday, supporting children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, or mental health difficulties. Therapy is developmentally appropriate, strengths-based, and collaborative, helping young people build resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence in themselves and their relationships.
