About Sue
Sue offers short- and long-term psychotherapy to individuals and families. She provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk about, reflect on, and explore what feels important in your life — including the challenges and difficulties you may be facing.
Sue’s aim is to support emotional relief, personal growth, and meaningful, positive change in daily life and relationships.
Her therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and caring. Sue views psychotherapy as a mutual process, where the therapist walks alongside the client, helping them navigate life’s complexities with curiosity and compassion. She works to help clients better understand their current situation, develop insight, build resilience, strengthen skills, process and heal past experiences, and move toward their preferred way of living.
Sue has particular experience and interest in working with:
-
Trauma

Depression and anxiety
