About Shamaine
Shamaine's approach is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She helps children navigate anxiety, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, grief, identity, and life transitions. She also support teens through the complexities of adolescence — from stress and self-esteem struggles to peer issues and identity development.
Therapy with Shamaine is relational, playful, and deeply respectful of each child’s unique inner world. She also collaborates closely with parents and caregivers — because when a child feels supported at home and in therapy, real change can happen.
If you are looking for someone who meets your child with curiosity, empathy, and skill — Shamaine would love to connect.
