Jan offers short and long-term counselling to individuals, couples, and adolescents. She provides a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to explore emotional concerns, relationship patterns, and the impacts of difficult life experiences. Jan’s aim is to support people to better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful and sustainable change.
Jan’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each person’s needs. Drawing on a range of approaches including Gestalt therapy, CBT, ACT, person-centred counselling, mindfulness, and creative modalities such as sand tray work, Jan supports clients to develop insight, practical coping strategies, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. With her extensive experience in private practice and crisis support, Jan brings a calm, grounded presence to her work, helping clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
